Kindly be informed that the acceptance process was selective because of the quality requirements and the limited number of papers that we could publish in Springer book series. Therefore, we hope you do not miss the chance to participate IRICT <\/span>2023 <\/span><\/strong>!<\/span><\/p>\n

For guaranteeing that your paper will be published in the Springer book series <\/span>\u201cLecture Notes on Data Engineering and Communications Technologies<\/a>\u201c which is Indexed by SCOPUS, INSPEC, EI Compendex (All books published in the series are submitted for consideration in Web of Science), please CAREFULLY do the following:<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Download these files:<\/span><\/p>\n

–Table of Corrections Template<\/a><\/span>,<\/p>\n

– Revised Paper Sample<\/a><\/span>,<\/p>\n

– \u00a0<\/a>Camera Ready Paper Template<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

–\u00a0<\/a>Copyright Form<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

2. Revise your paper by considering all the suggestions and comments of the reviewers (the reviewers\u2019 comments have been sent to the corresponding authors).<\/p>\n

3. Upload these files to EasyChair system (update your existing submission in EasyChair):<\/p>\n

I. The Table of Corrections and your Revised Paper (with track changes) as single PDF file.<\/p>\n

II. Your Camera Ready Paper in (.docx) format. Please proofread your paper and use figures\/formulas (if any) with high quality. The affiliations and email addresses of all authors must be included in this Camera Ready Paper.<\/p>\n

III. A Copyright form in PDF, signed by the corresponding author.<\/p>\n

IV. To complete the registration, the Proof of Payment (PDF file) must be uploaded using EasyChair system.<\/p>\n

V. If you are a student, you need to submit a copy of your student ID to EasyChair.<\/p>\n

VI. Corresponding authors details file: A PDF file containing the name and email address of the corresponding author.<\/p>\n

VII. High Quality Figures (if any) must be included in the paper and uploaded as separate file: Figures (.zip).<\/p>\n

VIII. The proofreading is required by Springer for all accepted papers, please upload the evidence of the proofreading editing to EasyChair.<\/p>\n

4. The deadline to submit the Camera Ready Paper is 1st of December, 2023<\/strong><\/span>. All Camera Ready papers submitted after this deadline will not be considered for publication in Springer book series. Please ensure you revise and prepare the Camera Ready paper well to get the final approval by Springer and publish it in the book series after the conference.<\/p>\n

5. Please make sure that the Camera Ready paper (including the references) follow the conference template. Please format it carefully.<\/p>\n

6. Please ensure that the similarity for your paper is less than 20%. Only papers with acceptable similarity will be considered by Springer.<\/p>\n

\u00a07. By December 10, 2023<\/span><\/strong>, at least one of the authors must fill in the registration form (Registration Form for IRICT 2023<\/a>)<\/span><\/span> and make the payment of the conference fee according to the IRICT 2023 fee structure:<\/span><\/p>\n
